Luxury Villa ***** Splits plot has 1500m² and is spread over three floors; the ground, the first and the second floor.

Luxury Villa ***** Split has 5 bedrooms, number of beds 10, 4 bathrooms, and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 10 persons.
On the ground floor of Villa ***** Split, in the sunny and “fresh” space there is modern and fully equipped kitchen with bar and chairs, area for dining equipped with designer chairs and table, and a living area with a large leather sofa, modern design table and LCD satellite TV. In this part of the villa is also airy bedroom with a queen bed and a modern bathroom with shower. This floor can function as a separate apartment of the villa and with the upper floor is connected by an internal staircase.
On the first floor, which is an area for daily companionship, relaxation and recreation, we find another modern, large kitchen equipped with top quality and best contents in which you will be able to enjoy preparing various delicacies.
