The property covers an area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beach is just 150 m away, and easily accessible by foot.
Apartment has three bedrooms with beds for 6 persons. Dining, living room and kitchen in one unit, one additional sofa bed, suitable for 2 persons is placed in the living room. Two bathrooms with toilet. One with shower and other with a bath tub.
Kitchen is very modernly equipped with utensils as like pots, cutlery, etc. are provided. Refrigerator/ freezer, coffee machine, microwave, electric/gas stove top with four burners and a dishwasher.
The outdoor area is consistent of a terrace which covers the area of 60 m2 and an outdoor children pool. Garden furniture is provided as like a loungers and seating furniture. There is also a BBQ that
the guests can use. Free parking on spot.
One baby cot (for infants up to 2 years) can be requested free of charge in advance.
